TL;DR - Quick Summary

You can permanently delete your Fluxalove account and its data from inside the app in under a minute, at Settings › Account › Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent - your profile, photos, messages, matches and purchase history are all removed and cannot be recovered.

1 How to Request Deletion

To delete your Fluxalove account and the data associated with it, follow these steps in the app:

  1. Open the Fluxalove app and log in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
  4. Optionally tell us why you're leaving, then confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately - there is no waiting period, and this cannot be undone. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's complete.

If you're unable to log in to request deletion this way (for example, you've lost access to your account), email us at support@fluxalove.com from the address associated with your account and we'll verify your identity and delete it manually.

2 What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile - name, bio, date of birth, gender, photos, interests, and every other profile field
  • Your identity verification photos
  • All your likes, passes, matches, and conversations (messages sent and received)
  • Your Stories and who viewed them
  • Your call history
  • Blocks and reports you've made or received
  • Your purchase history (e.g. direct-chat unlocks)
  • Notifications, profile-view history, and boost history

This is a hard delete from our production database - not a deactivation. Once confirmed, none of the above can be recovered, and there is no additional retention period for it.

3 What We Retain

  • Anonymized feedback: If you told us why you were leaving, that feedback is kept for product improvement purposes, but it is disconnected from your account and identity once your account is deleted.
  • Google Play purchase records: Any purchase you made is also recorded by Google Play Billing under your Google account, separately from Fluxalove. That record is controlled by Google, not us, and isn't affected by deleting your Fluxalove account.
  • Legal and safety exceptions: If we're legally required to preserve certain records (for example, in response to a valid legal request, or information related to an active safety report against your account), we retain only what's necessary for that purpose and for no longer than required.
