Child Safety Standards
Fluxalove has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page explains the standards we hold ourselves to, how we prevent minors from using Fluxalove, how anyone can report a concern, and how reports are handled.

⛔ Zero Tolerance Policy
Fluxalove strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, without limitation: any account belonging to, or attempting to be used by, a minor; any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor; and any attempt to use Fluxalove to contact, groom, or solicit a minor. Any account found to violate this policy is immediately and permanently banned, its content is removed, and the matter is escalated for law enforcement cooperation as described below.
Minimum Age Requirement
Fluxalove is restricted to adults. Every user must be at least 18 years old to create an account. During sign-up, every account must provide a date of birth, which is validated against this minimum age requirement before the account can be created — a sign-up that does not meet this requirement is rejected automatically.
If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, or that an account is being used by or to target a minor, the account is removed immediately.
How to Report a Concern
In the app
Every profile, message, and photo in Fluxalove can be reported directly from within the app. "Underage user" is one of the built-in report reasons, alongside inappropriate content, harassment, fake profiles, and spam. Users can also block an account at any time.
By email
Concerns can also be reported directly to our team at support@fluxalove.com. We review every report we receive.
How We Review and Enforce Reports
Report received
Every report is logged and enters our review queue as "Pending".
Reviewed
Our team reviews the reported account, content, and reason for the report.
Resolved
Reports involving suspected CSAE result in immediate removal of the account and the associated content, without warning.
Law enforcement cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities on matters involving child sexual abuse and exploitation. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
